Review: This 80,000-square-foot haunt has improved every year. It snakes through a gymnasium with skeletons on weight machines, you meet "Cory the Cafeteria Cannibal" and "Julie the School Nurse," who's busy ripping out the intestines of a patient who came to her with a headache. The best part about this haunt is walking through classrooms and old locker rooms. Warning: You do not want to be sent to the detention office.



I was surprised by the special effects throughout this haunt, and if you travel with your significant other, there is a point where you will be separated - which is cool, too.



Everything in this haunt has a school theme, and with about 75 volunteer actors in this haunt, you will get some in-your-face treatment.



Best scene: When you enter the auditorium, you are asked to come up to the stage and perform the dance from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" or watch the animated characters on stage.



What makes this haunt unique? You're in "America's only haunted high school." If that's not enough, there's a vortex.

Haunted High is :

§ 80,000 square foot haunt with terrifying new mazes, blood curdling special effects, trained spookers throughout - all housed in a dark and deep deserted old school. Built in the early 1900s Haunted High ™ sits abandoned with only its ghastly, ghostly, "Sghoul Spirits" roaming the halls. Visitors will be terrorized, entertained, and unnerved by the spirits of the school. If you make it through "Sghoul" you will have "graduated" from the biggest of haunted attractions.
